We have an amazing team of teachers who genuinely care about their students as people. We take time and care to ensure every student is placed in their most suitable class level. All classes respect traditional classical ballet training methods and studio etiquette, whilst maintaining a sense of fun and enjoyment.

Elancé Class Levels

At Elancé Adult Ballet School, we cater for every level of dance experience. We understand that trying to ‘fit’ adult ballet dancers into a basic 3 tier structure – beginner, intermediate, advanced – rarely works for the dancer. Through our carefully curated timetable of up to 12 different class levels, we can ensure that every student is both supported and challenged at the most appropriate level for their experience and expectations.

Each of our class levels is offered on the timetable at our Mitcham studio. The Entry Level program (EL1-EL6) builds classical foundations and is accessible even for absolute beginners with no prior experience, whilst the Progressive Levels (PL1-PL6) teach more complex and challenging techniques, catering to intermediate and advanced dancers. Artistry and enjoyment are emphasised at all levels!
